I am going to buy poker tracker 3 but have a fe questions.

Hello

I have a lot to say about poker and me but I will try to keep it short and sweet..

Playing poker four years.
First year I used hold'em calulatem, then stopped.
Last few years of play, large wins, large loses, over all no real history kept of my game.

What I want.

Poker tracker software which creates a database and records every thing I do so I can look back on it and also create nice graphs like over on 2+2.

Live tracker????? so it records in real time what is happening and I dont have to do manual import or complex database stuff.

Ability to see hole cards of other players after it goes to the muck and I dont normally see those cards.. I saw this done on a poker training site,, I never knew you could do this in game. If some one can explain how this is done?? does the program fire off a quick email or check a pop3 account ?

In short, I am still really a pokerr newbie and I am am hoping to change from being in the stone age with my poker and actually start to change from a simple agressive player to a more thoughtfull and informed player, poker tracker seems to be the number one choice + poker hud.

Is there a list of software compatable with PT3?
ASAP.

I look forward to purchasing trying out pokertracker 3 but it looks very complex to me, will it be easy like poker office?

Which poker odds cal does PT3 recommend, I am looking at Hold'em Genus, is there a hold'em plug in more suitable with tracker 3?

I want to buy this software start of next month and as you can see I am a bit stressed with these kinds of thoughts.

Can you please get back to me even if it is Urls to read, its all abit hazy especially the live tracking of hands being played and displayed into the tracker software.

Thanks for your interest in PT3. Currently, we are still in public beta, so you don't have to pay anything to use it right now.

PT3 supports (or will support) everything you want to do. The ability to show cards that were mucked varies from site to site. Some sites don't record this information, so no software can show it to you. Some sites, however, write the information in their local hand histories (written to your hard drive), and it gets read from there.

A list of support sites is here: http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PT3/supported.php As you can see, we currently only support three sites. Also, our HUD (the part of the software that displays the information on the poker table) has not been released yet. We expect it to be available in basic form in about two weeks. After the HUD is released, more sites will be supported.

What part of PT3 looks complex? There are a lot of statistics available and things are very configurable, but you don't have to take in everything all at once. We have [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PT3/docs/z1e]some great documentation[/urlz1e] that explains how to set up PT3 to import hands and a reference for what the stats mean. It won't take very long to get used to the information you're seeing.

As for poker odds software, I would recommend staying away from them. Develop the ability to calculate odds in your head.
