Have you noticed any stats not being correct? To be honest, I would not worry about it so much at this point. I would certainly recommend reimporting all of your hands after the final release but if you have not noticed any inaccuracies then I would not bother.

How do I re-Import hands. I had set up a database on an external hard-drive, per your instructions. The reason I ask is because after upgrading to PT3 beta 5 I noticed this in RED.

For me I noticed having no stats showing up in the app I'd written on a player I'd played before at the same site/stakes before..

Testing: SELECT id_player, id_site, player_name FROM player WHERE player_name = 'blah'; returned:
668 100 blah
1507 100 blah

Something fishy - time to reimport all hands I think.

(Perhaps it be worth setting id_site, player_name to be the primary key for this table to stop this from happening? - or if you're doing more error checking in the code that works too).

hotwing - create a new database - set it to be active.

Then go to Import and Manual Import. You'll prob want to import the files from the "C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed" folder if you've been using the previous betas.

PokerAce HUD doesn't work with the current version of PT3 Beta - you could try out the AHK Hud stickied in this forum though if you're wanting something immediately.

Which stats should I compare that might be different between PT2 and PT3? Will it be off only for some players and not others?

A few stats will always be different between PT2 and PT3 because PT3 calculates some things more accurately - for example PT3 counts hands where you split the pot as a win even if you lost money where PT2 doesn't, so W$SD type stats will be different.
Some of the stats like blind stealing and other preflop actions are also defined slightly differently.
There are also some minor differences with rake calculations which are not yet finalised.
Try comparing the same set of hands in PT2 and PT3 and ask us about any differences you notice.

In comparing about 6-7 players, I've noticed that AF for some is very different. In some players, the AF is exactly the same, some others are just off by 0.20, but some are way off. For two players who have <100 hands, PT2 says they have AF of 1 or 2, while PT3 says they have AF of 7 or 9. Is it because of a different calculation?

They shouldn't be off that much. If you could filter it down to specific hands to find out just which ones are causing the problem, we could review the hand histories and see where the problem is.
