Just missed the 1 year PT/PAH purchase date

Yes, current PokerTracker/PokerAce Hud customers will receive a special upgrade price dependent on the length of time that they have owned PT/PAH prior to upgrading to PT3. Below is the percentage of your original PT/PAH purchase price that will be applied to your PT3 purchase:

* < 6 months, 60%
* < 1 year, 40%

I've just checked my email account today for when I bought PT2, and I think the date I got it was around 7th March 2007. I guess I'm going to miss the <1 year discount as the final release is tentatively scheduled for mid March and the developers are doing the best they can making a great peice of software. It's a shame because I've stopped using PT2 a few weeks before the first beta of PT3 so that's around 9 months of PT2 usuage. Is anyone in a similar situation as me where they will just miss the 1 year mark?

It's unfortunate that things have been delayed as long as they have. We ran into a few things that held progress up a great deal. No matter what date limit we put, there will be people who miss it by mere hours. We've tried our best to come up with a fair upgrade plan.

I think too...2 and 6 months are very different times, as 60% and 100%. Please review this, and include 3;4;5 months with 90;80;70% disccount, will be MUCH MORE FARE!!!

That'd be a good idea, but I doubt it's their priority to move from developing the program to organize a presale with discounts.
