Crossover Help

Hey guys,

I just installed crossover and then I installed PostgreSQL and I also have PT3 downloaded and it's in a separate bottle. But when I try to run PT3 it tells me that my version of Windows does not support PT3, and that i need to download a newer version of PT3. I don't really get how crossover works, do i need a copy of Windows XP or Vista to install?
