Error Message: Access Violation

Postby sisnarf » Mon Aug 04, 2008 12:22 am

The pop up tells me to restart pt3. Then it takes 1/2hr to show my stats again. Then the pop up comes up again.

What is going on?

Thanks

What version of PT3 are you using?
If it's not Beta 15, please try that.
Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.

Also, try the 'enhance HUD performance' option, on the HUD Options tab.

It is beta 15. I read everything that has to do with beta 15. It is going to be beta 15 the next time I post a question too.

Please use the Database menu to cluster/vacuum/analyse your database - this will speed up stat retrieval and should improve the initial appearance of HUD stats.
Also, have you tried the 'enhance HUD performance' option?

Sorry, but I can't remember which version every single forum member is using - I read a LOT of posts on here..
If you include relevant information in each thread, and keep to one thread per problem, it makes things a lot easier.
Thanks.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.

(BTW, I'm going to move this into the PT3 forum)

I sent all the files per your request. Will they email me back or should I see something in this thread? When should I expect to see something?

Thanks

You should have got an auto-response email confirming your ticket, and you'll get another email when you get a reply to your ticket. If you want to reply, reply to the ticket, not the email.
You can check the status at My Tickets.

Bear in mind there are a lot of tickets, so you may not get an immediate response.
