downloading duplicates and waiting ages for HUD to start

everytime i use poker tracker during live play it ends up taking a long time for my HUD display to start because poker tracker is downloading duplicate hands, ive tried the advice given in previous posts and it still downloads duplicates and i cant seem to change "moved processed files to" folder, i also dont understand what settings i should have on or off, like should i have logging enabled etc

Firstly, you are not using PAHud, this is a separate application which only works with PT2 - for PT3 issues please post in the PT3 section.

You should have 'move processed files to' enabled, and the folder you move them to must be completely separate from any folder that you are importing from.
If you are playing at OnGame or Prima this option doesn't do anything because those sites use database files for hand histories so you need to use the 'Clear Databases Now' button.
Please try resetting the OnGame hand history file - close all your OnGame tables and wait for auto import to stop updating (OnGame lags behind writing hand histories).
Stop auto import and close OnGame down then open the OnGame Configuration tab and click "Clear Databases Now" (this won't affect PT3 at all). Then restart Ongame and import. (same applies to MicroGaming)
