import tournaments to pokerstars database?

so i've searched for about 25 minutes. trying to find information on importing tournament hands into my pt3 database. i was able to import files for the cash games, and they work just fine. the tournament hands are importing into the database. but every one of my tournaments show that i lost. it doesnt show the tournaments i've cashed in only $0 profit. help would be nice. i apologize in advance as i know this question has most likely been adressed countless times. and is here on the sight somewhere. thanks in advance for any and all help!

thans. i followed the steps but when i go to "import from email" it says "timeout while connecting to server" is there another way, or possibly a way to get it to connect to my server. thank you

Make sure that PokerTracker.exe is allowed Full Internet access through any firewalls installed on your computer. It sounds like your firewall may be blocking PT3 from connecting to your email account and after not being able to connect eventually times out. You can try temporarily disabling your firewall to determine whether or not this is the issue.

apologies as i have been out of town. i just tried this, and it showed my firewall is already off. i still was unable to make any progress. it said, "timeout connecting to server" are there any other ways to import. can i do this through files or the directory? thanks in advance

Please double check that your e-mail settings are accurate. Click the blue Configure link under the "import from email" button and make sure your server and port are properly set and if you need SSL that box is checked as well.
