import hands from Betfair

I have found and entered the right way to hand history (d:\document and settings\username\p5javaclinet settings\hand history), but PT still doesn't import hands from Betfair. Message in "Betfair configuration", that explains problem, is "No Betfair skins appear to be installed". Please, advise smth.

That message means we cannot detect the installation - if you start importing and playing anyway does it work properly?

Unfortunately, no, PT doesn't import hands.

If you try using the manual import function to import from the files in that directory, do they import? If not what error do they give?

Betfair is now part of the OnGame network and you need to configure the OnGame importer, not the Betfair importer.

Betfair has been removed from the Auto Import site list in the current Beta line so I guess you're using an older version. There have been several fixes so I would suggest that you update to v3.11.7 Beta as well.

That post is nearly two years old. Our latest installer for PT3 can be found here, and has moved on quite a bit from 3.11.7.
