My HUD appears at the table and works for around 2 - 5 hands then stops working. It doesn't follow the preferred seating either even though I have followed the preferred seating guide from this forum. I have no record of any of the hands I have played since PT3 was installed in a remote session earlier today. I have played around 100 hands since then. My name doesn't even appear in the stats column.
That's implying that the numbers in the hand history don't add up right - we calculate a win of $.18 but the hand history says a value of $0.00 - do you have your hand histories set to save in English? If not you will need to change them to English in order to work properly.
HI again. Now (today) I can't even open PT3. Getting error message:
Unable to create PostgreSQL database. PT3_2013_05_07_092627 Reason: Unable to login to database(template 1) Reason: Could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host “???” and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
That error means that PostgreSQL is not running. Click Start type services.msc and click on it when it appears. Do you see PostgreSQL in the list? Can you start it? If not, what error do you get?
PostgresSQL was there and I got the following error message when I tried to start it
Error message: Windows could not start the postgressql – 64 – 9.0 – PostgresSQL Server 9.0 service on local computer. Error 1069: The service did not start due to logon failure
We do not do remote sessions on demand I'm afraid. It sounds like what you need to do is uninstall PostgreSQL and reinstall it - see our instructions here for details on how to do this.
