You said you wanted to build a "first raise" stat, not a "raise first in" stat!
They are different. "Raise first in" means no-one has acted before you, "first raise" means no-one has raised before you.

There isn't specifically a flag to show opportunities to RFI, but there is one for open-opp (which is the same thing).
holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_open_opp

You need the additional checks in the 'limp opportunity' column, because you can face a raise AFTER you limp (or raise) - so just checking for "NOT (face a raise)" misses some cases. You might have an opportunity to limp and still face a raise.

I believe so, yes.
If you don't face a raise at all then you have the opportunity to limp.
OR
if you do face a raise, but you either limped or made the FIRST raise, then you had the opportunity to limp.
(as long as you weren't in the BB).
I guess strictly speaking we should also check for not posting a penalty blind, because I guess that wouldn't count as a limp either..
