Are you now using Build 4?
What site are you playing at? Not all sites write summary information to the files.
See the Tournaments FAQ too.

I now have build 4, yes, thanks :)

I play on FullTilt Poker. Play with the pros, on Full Tilt Poker :) This annoys me! I have loads of hand stats on on opponents, but it doesn't track where they finish in SNGs! Why would this be?

Because Full TIlt only writes tournament summaries for tournaments you are in. If you have complete hand histories for these tournaments, you can auto-fill the tournament results though, click Tournaments --> Enter Results, highlight the tournaments you want to auto-fill and click the Auto-Fill button.

Yeah, just looked at that and done it... When I select 9-man single table games, it has it marked as 'Table Type: N/A' for some reason... once I change that to 'SNG (1 Table)' and choose Auto-Fill it fills in places 3-9 but doesn't do top 2 places... I could just do them manually by looking at the last hand, but why can't it do it automatically?

That's odd, it should. Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and auto-fill one of these tournaments that causes problems, then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and the hand history files for that tourney to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
