help with all-ins tourney query and hole cards

Can someone help me write a query that will show:

-all the (tournament only) hands where I was all-in
-what my hole cards were
-what my opponents (could be more than one) hole cards were

You can use these database fields:
tourney_holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_allin
.. where the value will be (N)one, (P)reflop, (F)lop, (T)urn, (R)iver.

tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.holecard_1
tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.holecard_2
tourney_holdem_hand_player_detail.id_hand

It's not currently possible to access your opponents' hole cards in Custom Stats / Reports.

thanks, I'm looking to do some "outside of PT3" queries against the db, so I won't need access from withing Custom Stats /Reports
