Preflop Raise % by Position

I am a complete novice and am trying to break down pre flop raise percentages into 4 different stats, as follows:

Button + Cut-off
Seat 2 + Seat 3
Seat 4 + Seat 5
Seat 6 + Seat 7

From what I have read so far, seat 3 would be UTG at a 6 handed table and seat 7 UTG 10 handed.

Any help / solutions greatly appreciated

Position is always number of seats away from the button, yes you are correct.
BB=8 and SB=9.
