Is there a way to create a customer filter that will only show hands where I was all-in? Potentially leaving out hands hands where the river action caused me to go all-in.

I have been playing around with calculating how good/bad I run in all-in situations. PT3 cannot calculate the equity but if I can just filter by all-in hands, I can do the rest manually.

You can do this with Custom Stats and a Custom Report. In Custom Reports you can filter on anything you want.
You will need database fields like:
holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_allin (value: N=none, P=preflop, F=flop, T, R)
or
holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_face_allin
holdem_hand_player_statistics.enum_face_allin_action
(same values, I assume)
