Some Questions, HU stats

Would cnt_smb include hands where the big blind sat out and the the smb was returned? are these hands imported at all?
Is there any column which denotes whether a player timed out or disconnected?
Am i correct in assuming that attempt_steal == 'PFR from button' in HU play?
'IF (a AND b) THEN c ELSE d' are the statements evaluated in order. ie... if a is negative does it skip to the ELSE without evaluating b?

Those hands wouldn't be imported - they are normally rejected as incomplete hand histories.
