Iam looking for a stat that tells me: "Won Showdown when donked river"
How can i make it?

Have a look at the Custom Statistics and Reports FAQ for some examples.
Have a look at how the Donk River and Hands Won stats are generated and you should be able to work out how to combine them into a new stat.
