3Bet Flop vs Raise Flop

Could some one tell me the difference between 3Bet Flop and Raise Flop please.

You raise a bet, and 3bet a raise. So if someone bets at you, you can't 3bet but you can raise. If you bet and someone raises you, you don't raise back, you 3bet.

Just to clarify, "Raise Flop" counts all raises on the flop, not just initial raises. i.e. it counts all raises and re-raises (3-bets, 4-bets, 5-bets, etc). It is the percentage of flop actions which are raises out of all your flop actions.

"3Bet Flop" is the percentage of times you 3-bet (reraise an initial raise) on the flop out of opportunities to do so.

You can always look up how any stat is calculated using the Configure -> Configure Stats window.
