New to PT3 but not to SQL,

I am trying to write some SQL against my PT3 database, but I can't seem to find a table to ID my hole cards, holdem_hand_player_detail has columns for holecard_1 and holecard_2 (smallint, 1-52) but I cant find how to I what card is what... anyone know?

All I see is lookup_hole_cards but that only lists them as two card hands: AKs, AKo etc. I need Ad, Ac etc. as they are in holecard_1 etc.
