Making A Stat For Isolating Limpers

Has anyone done this or know how? I am not sure how to put this together into the PT3 command for a new statistic.

Do you mean you want to see how often a player raises when someone has already limped?

Have a look at the Custom Statistics and Reports FAQ.
Have a look at how the stat 'RFI' (Raise First In) is built - the columns it uses check for opportunities to open the pot so if you add a NOT to this your stat should be pretty straightforward.
