new* stat: fold to push after 4bet ...

Hi,
could you please check this:

fold to push after 4bet
defined by rfi and 4bet and face3bet and fold

The stat shall say "How often did he do a 2bet and a 4bet and faced an allin and folded?"
Its for >= NL50SH and the huge aggression on higher limits. So, I shall tell, if he bluff 4bets.

@ val_p_raise_made_2_pct : hmmm SB+BB+rfi+3bet 0,5+1+3,5+12 = 17BB Pot and villian raises(4bet) to 30BB, so val_p_raise_made_2_pct = 30/17 = 176% or 30/17+30=63%, which is correct? why is it the second raise?! because of the "2" in "val_p_raise_made_2_pct" right?!

Yes, that looks better.

With the numbers you put together the 4-bet to 30 would be: .5+1+3.5+12+12 (you call his raise before you put in extra money) = 29BB pot, and he raised 18 more (30 - 12), so it's 18/29 or 62%.

The person who is 4betting has raised first in (by definition), so that was his first raise. The 4bet is then his second raise. In the database the first raise as a percentage of the pot is stored as val_p_raise_made_pct, and the second is stored as val_p_raise_made_2_pct, it's just how things are set up.
