PTO Ongame Hud

Using the latest version 1.13.00

Have no filters set / databases set up fine. Hands are importing fine, but tables im playing at aren't listed in the PA Hud lobby or the stats aren't showing.

Do you have the correct file/folder configured in Options > Preferences > OnGame?
ATTENTION: Windows VISTA users, you must read this...
Is ongame INSTALLED in English, not just writing hand histories in English?

Try clearing the ongame hand history / database file by clicking "Clear Databases" on the PTO auto import window. (Make sure you have imported everything from it first).

If it still isn't working, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Hi I can't see a 'clear database' option. In the on game auto-import window there's a 'reset DB' option. I've done this but unfortunatley it didnt rectify the problem. Is this what you meant?

Yes, that's what I meant - I don't actually use PTO myself.
You need to have your OnGame software closed down when you do that.
