PFR (colored by Raise when not stealing & fold to 3bet??"

The above quote is from the description of the Hero group stats where the PFR stat is colored. What I can't seem to understand is how is it possible to color the PFR number based on two different stats?? I mean the % a player raises when not stealing would be one percent signified by one color and fold to 3 bet is another % which could be another color. So how can you color the PFR stat based on these two things??

This is the PAHUD section, not the PT3 section, and that's a PT3 stat.

That said, it's one stat that's being used as the color condition.

That stat is:
% Fold to 3-bet WHEN the player has raised and it wasn't a steal.

That is, given that the player has open raised from a non steal position and faced a 3-bet, how often does he fold? That single number is what's used as the color condition here.
