How come i cant get stats from PT2?

Hi guys....

im just getting to terms with PT2 / HUD. How many hands does it usually take to get a read/stats for a player?

it took 28 in a sng but my stats keep disappearing after every hand and i only got stats for 3 out of the 8 players left? how come? is this normal.

Sorry for sounding like a novice but just getting to grips with it. also it only seems to give me stats on 1 table at a time?

any help would be great. thanks

also people's stats keep disappearing and then coming back two or 3 hands later? is this normal. and my stats disappear on and off all game too.

Are the hands all importing properly to PT2?
(POKERSTARS PATCH FOR MAY 9 2008 UPDATE)

Please make sure you have the latest PAH version (1.19.6).

PAH preferences window has a few options, make sure Minimum hands is set pretty low, and that 'show stats for current level only' is unchecked.
