prefered seat on Stars?

I tried but could never get this to work.

The stats would always display in the wrong places.

I checked all the correct boxes in set ups and entered the right seats but it still didnt work, any ideas?

also I should add I am using 1.18, tried 1.19 beta, still doesnt work.

Had to change back to 1.18 because the registration on the beta ran out today.

If you have a registration for PAH then you can run any version - the license is no different.
You need to be running 1.19.6, and configure preferred seating. Options -> Preferences -> <site> -> Preferred seating.

Well I installed 1.19.6 and tried the preffered seating and it didnt work.

As I said when I logged in this morning it said the beta had expired so I downloaded 1.18, which didnt work either.

Trust me I know how to configure the prefered seating on both PAHUD and Pokerstars client, It just doesnt work!

You need to be running 1.19.6 - see the release notes here: 1.19.6 - 1.19.1 reports a fix you need.

If you install it over the top it should continue to use your registration code, and the beta hasn't expired - most people are using it, including me.
If you can't get 1.19.6 to work, Create a Log File and attach it to the Support system , and link to this thread so that we can work out why.

Still doesnt work.

Downloaded 1.19.6, works perfectly except it doent correctly adjust for my prefersed seat

(1) set up seat 5 (9 handed full ring at Stars) in PS client

(2) set up seat 5 (9 handed full ring at Stars) in the PAHUD client under the PS/perfered seating tab.

It doesnt adjust correctly even if I close PAHUD and restart it. The stats still come back up under the wrong people.

Any other suggestions?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

I got the same problem. When i starts playing today at Stars, the "Prefer Seating problem" is back.

Yes. And i use PT 2.17.02a and PAH 1.19.6 beta

Have you configured PAH to the preferred seating setting?
Options -> Preferences -> Pokerstars -> Preferred Seating?

Do the stats line up right if you turn preferred seating off in both PAH and PS?
