Problem with Ultimate Bet

I have started playing on Ultimate Bet so installed V2 (Which i am still waiting for the registration key to be e-mailed to me. how long should this take?)
I have setup my PT2 + PAH as per this link http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PAH/docs/?page=cfgub but it is not working. When PT2 fires
while i am at a table it gives me an error saying "Unable to open file" but as soon as my session is over and i close the table it imports all the hands sucessfully.
I thought using PAH and importing from the PAH directory was supposed to solve this so i could have constantly updates stats on screen?

Any ideas?

Sorry i have fixed this now, but am i still limited to 1 table, its been around 24hrs since i requested my registration keys. How long should this take?

Also when setting up PAH and want to show a 'Fold to continuation bet' percentage is it "Folds continuation bet" or "Folds to flop bet" that i should be using?
Just with the other options around the C-Bet 1 is sounds more like a percantage of when he folds his own continuation bet if it is raised or something.

You should have your keys by now - how did you request them?
Did you use the link in the PT3 email?
If you still don't have them, and you didn't already, create a ticket on the Support system.

You want 'folds continuation bet' - the wording is a bit misleading.
