full tilt freeze's up

Hi i just purchased PAH, i have all settings set right to full tilt but as soon as it reconise's the table, the table freezes up, i have read other post on this subject and i have done what they recommend but still nothing work's also the version i have purchased is v1.18, just purchased on a few hours ago, now on the other post it say's to use v1.19(beta)... i run windows vista.... so i would like to know do i get a free upgrade to the lastest version and 2nd why have you still got this version available if beta 1.19 is the only that works on my system... can somebody help me put please

Please update to 1.19.6 - all updates to the same major version of products are free, just download 1.19.6 and (with PAH stopped) install it over the top of your current installation.

thank you for your help, just one more thing can you tell the process on how to upgade to the newer version of PAH.. i have downloaded the new version but when i go to install i get:" error opening file for writing" and can not proceed any further, so then i tried to uninstall programe the only thing i could manage to do was remove desktop icon/ shortcut, says i need permision to remove progame.. the thing is a complete mess now.... im not a computer expert just a poker player so i dont know too much about computers....

You don't need to uninstall PAH before installing the new version, just stop it.
If it says " error opening file for writing" that means it's not stopped properly. ctrl-alt-del to open Task Manager, click Processes tab and find PAHud.exe and end it.
Then run the installer.
