No stat's showing for Pokerstars

I've searched the PA Hud forum and can't seem to locate an answer to my problem.

I'm playing on Pokerstars at the moment. I've figured out the HH problem with Pokertracker version 2. Fixed. Lo and behold, now stats aren't popping up on all tables. I'm currently running 1.19.6 beta. I've toggled with the settings, I have it set on 1) Use the Hand History files and 2) Use Flicker Free Drawings. No stats are showing up.

Is this at tables you are actually playing? No HH files are written for observed tables.
Are you seeing the tables listed in the main PAH window?
Have you configured PAH to know about the correct PT2 database(s)? Options -> Preferences -> Databases -> Holdem.

Are you using Vista? Are you running both PS and PAH as Administrator? (right click the shortcuts, choose Run As Administrator)

I am sitting in playing at the tables. Pokertracker is importing the hands and even through 40-50 hands or so PA HUD isn't picking up the tables I'm playing at. The tables are not being shown on the main PA HUD window.

I am using XP and not Vista.

Have you specified which folder the hand history files are in? (same place you check 'use hand histories', same folder you are importing to PT2 from)

Yup... hand histories are being saved on the Pokerstars client. The correct directory is indicated on PA HUD.

I too am having difficulty with viewing stats on Pokerstars. I've read through the stickies but can't seem to resolve them. All I get is one box of stats at the bottom right displaying pot size which is consistently wrong, then two colums below it saying nothing but N/A. Then top left of my screen is displayed N/A consistently. In the stickies it says to make sure that you PAH knows you are playing six handed. I've done this in preferences. However, it also states to right click on the PAH list of tables, and to select 6 handed on the menu; I don't get a menu when I right click on the table I'm playing on. Any help appreciated.

Yup... hand histories are being saved on the Pokerstars client. The correct directory is indicated on PA HUD.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
