Cache finished but hasnt been done

Everytime I restart PT3 I get the same message too do the update of the cache.. First time I deed all four things in the menu, second time I tried with only cache update.. Nothing works..

Just reporting the problem, and I guess a lot of other users has the same issue.

Yes, this issue has been raised in the PT3 section (this is for PAH, which is a different product).
