When I try to download the new verison i get a message sayign
error opening file for writing

PAHud questions only - NOT PT3 HUD.
You need to stop PT3 before installing.
If you have stopped it and still get that message, use Task Manager / Processes tab to end any PokerTracker.exe processes.
