Poker Star issue

Hi,

I've reinstall PAH and download the latest version after formatting my PC. Unfortunatly The stat doesn't not apear on the right player anymore although I've got the same prefered seat both in PS and PAH

What's wrong?

Are you using Vista?
Are you running both PAH and Pokerstars as Administrator? Right click the shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator'. This is different to being logged in as an Administrator.
Are you sure you've configured preferred seating correctly for the correct table size in PAH?
If you disable preferred seating in both, do the stats line up correctly?

I'm using XP and its not working even if I'm not using the prefered seat
