stats not updating, no pop ups - cryptologic

hi.



i am playing on william hill(cryptologic) - on windows vista OS - using PT2(not 3)
Pokertracker is importing hands fine.
I have set PAHud up as detailed in doc's --but at times it just will not update players stats and my pop up stats never work( i have checked the box

EG I join a 6 max table - i will have stats on 2 opponents that are displayed - but after 40 mins their stats have not updated and no new opponents stats are shown

ideas???

Disable 'User Account Control' then reinstall PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation.

If you are still having problems after doing the above, enable logging, open Crypto, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/8dh]Support system[/url8dh] so that I can troubleshoot the issue.

I disabled my UAC.
WHen i restarted PAhud did not pick up any tables.
Now ace hud tells me i'm running a TRIALversion!!!!
So i enabled logging - see below

Ok, that was the problem then.

Simply re-enter your registration code via Help->About. If you no longer have your code, you can request it by following the link below. Enter the email address you purchased PokerAce Hud with and a new registration code will automatically be emailed to you.

You will also need to re-configure your Crypto directory. Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->Cryptologic

I have just reinstalled and registered PAH. I am on William Hill. I have enabled popups. Unlike other people on this thread, I am having no problem with displaying and updating the stats. But no way can I get the popups to appear. Any ideas?

Are you using the most recent version of PAHUD? If not, download Beta 1.19.10 and install it and see if that helps.

If it doesn't, please enable logging (Tutorial: How to Create a Log File) and play for 20 hands on a single table while importing and trying to bring up some popup windows and then attach the PAHud.log file to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
