Not seeing own stats on FullTilt

Postby twriter » Wed Apr 30, 2008 12:21 am

Relatively new computer, 3GB RAM, PokerTracker 2, latest (I think) PAH beta. I found, when configuring layout, that the "View Mine" checkbox for the "standard" stats shown for other players was not selected. So I selected it for all those stats. Yet I still do not see my own stats at the table.

Made no changes to the Filters section of preferences (all unselected) that would/should affect this. This behavior is exhibited over several sessions, so it's not a "restart software" issue. Not sure what else could be an issue. Just want to see my own stats at the table. Any ideas?

Make sure that the date and time are set correctly on your computer.

If that is not the issue, enable logging, open Full Tilt, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table while importing your hands into PokerTracker then send me the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that I can troubleshoot the issue.

Your own stats are not shown at your seat - you need to put them somewhere away from all the seats. When you enable your own stats initially they could be piled up on top of each other somewhere - in the layout manager, have a look where they are, and make sure they're somewhere sensible.

Actually, they are in the layout manager. I have them in the same place for my seat as I do for all others.

No, you need to select each stat and click 'Show Mine' for your self stats. You should then place these self stats in a static location that does not change regardless of your seating position.

Please read the PokerAce - Using the Layout Manager section about 'Show Mine'.

I guess if you use preferred seating then you would be able to put your 'show mine' stats over the specific seat that you always use?
I don't use that myself, so I may misunderstand how preferred seating works...

Yeah, you can do that although I still do not recommend it.
