Basic questions.

Postby brett701 » Wed Apr 30, 2008 12:44 pm

I cannot get my pokertracker and my pkoeracehud to work together. i believ everythig is setup properly, but i want to stats to be visible on the table. i am newer to using this even though i have bought the software long ago.

i am using poker tracker versions 2.16.03d and my pokerace version is v 1.19.4 beta

i want to make sure my folder locations are appropriate maybe im messing up there?

On poker tracker i have my hand history folder locations C/program/fulltiltpoker/handhistories

and i have move processed files to the folowing folder and they are set for c:/program files/processed files/fulltilt processed files moved.

inside of pokerace when i click on fulltilt i have the folliwng directories c/program files/ fulltilt poker / hand histories

and c;/program files/ processed files/ fulltilt processed files.

I do sometimes, not often, see the regular stats pop up.... im not talking about the ppop up stats.

Any help would be amazing. thanks.

Remove the processed files directory in PokerAce Hud. The other directory is the only directory that you should have configured.

If you are still having problems after doing the above, enable logging, open Full Tilt, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table while importing your hands into PokerTracker then send me the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that I can look into the issue.

so you dont have to entirely waste your time with this.... i have layout manager set for full ring . .. i guess im seeing stats now which is a surprise bc/ ive changed nothing. ummm... the headsup tables do not have stats, but i have layout manager on full ring. Can i be getting stats and have different layouts set up for when i am palying heads up on some tables and full ring on the others?

PokerAce Hud automatically detects the table size. There is no where to state whether the table is 6max, HU, full-ring, etc.

No, on the OnGame network you cannot have different layouts for different table sizes which is admittedly a flaw which will be fixed in the PT3 Hud which is soon to be released for OnGame.

Is the table recognized as heads-up (2max) in the PokerAce Hud window? If not, try right clicking the table name and selecting'Treat as heads-up'.

First, download and install the latest beta version. Heads-up support may have been added after v1.19.4, I forget, so lets be safe and upgrade to the latest version.

Beta Release v1.19.6

Then enable logging, open Full TIlt, play 30+ hands on a 'single' heads-up table while importing your hands into PokerTracker then send me the PAhud.log file via the Support system so that I can troubleshoot the issue.
