how to use the memory scanner on stars

hello,support,this is my first time use pt and pa on stars,and evrything is ok if i use the hand history files,but if i use the memory scanner ,there is stat on table i am playing,but no stat on observed table,need ur help
another question,if i use scanner,how does pt import hands,from ps handhistroy or pa? should i still select store stars histroy option?

Hello,

PokerStars prohibits data mining (importing hands from observed tables) therefore this is not possible with PokerAce Hud and PokerTracker. The memory scanner feature simply allows you to display previously played hands/stats on observed tables. If you do not have hands on the players at the observed tables then nothing will be displayed.
