Pokerstars-my own stats disappear after almost every hand

I am using the latest download (may15th) and Windows XP. I used PT2 for years. Now when I am playing 6-max tables all the stats including mine show up. After about 45 mins or so my stats disappear. I hit configure and then don;t save the changes and my stats reappear. My stats disappear after every hand or every other hand. sometimes my opponents stats disappear but most often it is my stats that disappear. I like the speed of the new PT but if this is the kind of performance that I can expect then forget it. Also, is there no discount for people that have purchased PT2 and been loyal customers? Where is the loyalty on your behalf? I have had PT for nearly 3 years now.

So this is a PT3 HUD question, not PAH?
This is a known issue and Josh is working hard to resolve it.
