PAHUD not always showing stats

My PA Hud is being very erratic in displaying stats. Sometimes at a table all of the stats disappear and I have to close and reopen PA Hud. Other times PA Hud only displays stats for half of the players at the table when I know I have stats for the other players. What can I do to fix this? Thanks for your help.

Do you mean PAHud, or PT3-HUD?

What site are you at? Do you have any HUD filters set (like refresh rates or minimum hand requirements)?

I'm using PA Hud w/ pokertracker v2. I play on Pokerstars and have all refresh rates set to every hand. Sometimes the stats refresh and sometimes they only show for certain players (even when I have the same # of hands played w/ every player).

Do you have the latest 1.19.6 version?

If so,
Enable logging, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
