No stas displayed

Hi!
I'm getting no stats displayed. I play at stars. I got enough hands. PAH recognizes the tables and I run all programms as an admin.

You know the issue?

If your hands imported without error, you probably have a filter set that is preventing you from seeing the data.
Go to the Preferences tab and click the Remove All Filters button.

Now I removed all filters and there are stats, but they aren't updating... Ich got PAH linked to the Omaha database and the right HH-place. I'm pretty much desperate. Don't know what to do. Can u help me? Maybe I accedently made a wrong setting. How can I look up, if Pokertracker places the hand in "My First Omaha Database"?

Well if you are auto importing in PTO it should be telling you how many hands it's importing, and it should also say which database it's importing into.
You could also open the ring game stats window and see if the session is listed.

PTO imported all hands and it imports in my first omaha database. I really got no clue whats the issue now... It gotta be with PAH. Can I send you a log file?

Go for it.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Okay. You'll receive it in a few minutes. As I restarted PAH there was a popup like: "Unable to connect to database." What I watched. There are some player which got displyed there first 20 Hands, altough I already got 100+ Hands of them. Maybe that tells sth. about the problem...

I can't find the log file in the pokerace hud directory.

If you have file extensions hidden it may be called PAHud (text document).
