transferring Hand Histories from old database to a new one

Recently my laptop computer went bad because of my motherboard and I had to get a new laptop. I had all my hand histories from my pokertracker database recovered and put on a CD by the people at Circuit City. Now, I contacted Poker Tracker and they allowed my to download Poker tracker for free but I don't know how to go about putting all my hand histories into this new database. Again, its on a CD, is this possible?

What files did they save exactly? Did they save your database files from the old c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder or did they save the actual text files that contain the hand histories from the site you were playing at?
