Creating a File for Hand Histories.....

I am completely computer-retarded. Can someone please tell me how to create a folder, how to import my hand histories to that folder, and how to import that folder into Pokertracker? I'm using Hold em Version 2.

Why do you need to do this? What site are you playing at?

All you have to do is open the Getting Started link under the Help menu in PT and click on the site you are playing at for directions on how to import the hands. The site should be creating the folder and putting the hand histories files into that folder for you in most cases.
