other players stats not updating.

I have pokeracehud and everything works fine in pacific poker.
but when i go to ring game stats in pokertracker.
i am updated, but other player's stats are not updated.
lets say i played a 1000 hands with a guy, and it is fine through hud.
but in pokertracker window. it says i observed 8 unique hands.

whats wrong?
