PT on 2 dif computers

So i just got PT. and im wanting to put it on a second computer along w/ PA HUD. Is it possible to somehow have my two databases on both computers synched together so they both have the same information regardless of which computer i am playing on?

Is this what PostgreSQL is for?

If you can put the database files on a shared network drive then you could try setting up each computer to point at those files.
