PT won't run

I am trying to reinstall PT on a new hard drive. It is Vista. I have set PT to run as administrator. 2 instances of "ptrack2.exe" show up in task manager but PT itself won't start. Thanks for any help.

Does it give any errors?
Are you in the US? If not, try changing the regional settings manually as described here...

That solved the issue. Thank you very much. I had set it to English (Canada) when reinstalling Vista.
