hi pt team!

i got some questions:
- in my database there are two players shown. one is "ortiga79" and the other one "ortiga79 (". this is supposed to be the same player called "ortiga79" i don't know why pt saved him as two players with the "(". how can i change it, so that there is only one player shown?
- i play cash games, sngs and tournaments. is it reaasonable to make a database for every single game (one for cashgames, one for sngs,...)? i think it would definitely look more tidy.
- and if i can have more databases, what about the hud? does it then show combined stats out of all four databases?

1. Use the Alias button on the General tab of the stats window to combine this data.

2. No, it's not reasonable to do this, it's more of a hassle than it's worth. If you want to see specific data then use the filters on the Preferences tab so that the window shows you just want you want to look at.

3. Yes, PokerAce combines the data from multiple databases.

but why is it a hassle?

Because you have to make sure you are importing the hands into the right database every time. Which means each time you play a different type of game you have to remember to open the right database and use that to import the hands. And if you play both ring and tournaments at the same time there is no way to import the hands into 2 different databases.
