combine stats from 2 computers

I play on 2 computers. I make a disk with a copy of the Tracker stats from 1 computer. I would like to load them on computer 2 but I do not want to replace the stats on the computer 2, I want to combine them? I am using Vista on both computers and both are running PTv 2.17.02. I hope I explained myself well enough so you know what i am trying to say.

P.S. With XP it was possible togo into PT files and pick out specific HH files you may want to transfer. Is it possible to do with Vista?
