Here is the issue:
I tryed to import hands from prima network using Gamehistory.dat file, clicked on blue icon which belongs to prima and then
"force read from database" and i get this error message:

ODBC Driver - The SQLite 3 ODBC driver has not been loaded yet. Please read the help for this window for instructions on how to do this. If you continue to have problems, please contact [email protected].

in my regional settings its USA atm, original was my nation's.

Thank you, it's working now, hands are being imported but when i open ring games to see my stats, i can't find my playername. Do u know what's the problem with this one? and i reseted all my preferences aswell

Do you see any of the other players that you are playing against there?
Do you see your name on the Summary tab?

No, i can't see any of the players in the list im playing with.

Are you sure the hands are even importing? Does the auto-import window say "X hands imported" each time the timer fires?

If it does then you must have some filters set...

There are no new hands in the database.

is what i get after it imports some hands and yea, all the filters have been removed.

i think for some reason it isnt importing the hands afterall or am i wrong?

What version of PT are you using? If it's not 2.17.02 then Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.02 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
