trying to datamine full tilt

Greetings


I am trying to do datamining on full tilt. I hit "start timer" and everything seems to be working. Every minute it will say
"Import Finished - 1 file(s) read - 2 new hand(s) were imported."


However, when I try to look at a certain players stats, nothing comes up under the session notes for that day. Where did all these recorded hands go?


Under the "observed hands" page on poker tracker I have both boxes unchecked.



Any help would be much appreciated

Check the filters you have set

sure enough I went to the preference tabs, hit remove all filters and Presto---it works!!!
