Hand History Deletions

PokerTracker is deleting hold hand histories, I want all my hand histories to be saved, is there an option to turn this off?

I don't understand what you mean? Are you talking about hand history FILES? If so, PT does not delete any files, it would move them to a processed folder if you are using that function but would not delete the files at any time.

When I click on the hand history within PokerTracker just a blank window pops-up. Usually the hand history pops-up in this window and you can click replay.

Does it give an error message or say the hand couldn't be found?

Have you been copying databases from one computer to another or anything like that?

Is this how PokerTracker compacts the database by deleting hand histories?

No, it's not, the compact doesn't delete anything.

Are you able to replay the hand by clicking the "r" button next to the data section on the stats window instead of opening the hand history window first?
