PT2-2.16-Ring game

I can import the hands, but when i can see the ring game players statistics the program blocked. What can i do. I play in CDpoker

What do you mean it's blocked? I don't understand what that implies.

It remains thinking. When i close it, appear a message "this program not responding"

If you have a large database and don't have any filters set on the Preferences tab then it's going to take a while to retrieve and show all the data. Let it run until it shows the data. Then go to the Preferences tab and set some filters, like "Since a date", set it to show only hands since the first of the month for example. Or in the "When this window first opens" section, select "Today" from the list there.
