Boss Media PT misses Alot of hands.

Pt misses ALOT of hands when i import from boss media (redbet).

Format error - negative rake calculated for game #1086023064. This is usually indicative of the hand history missing player betting actions, possibly because of a disconnect problem.

Format error - incorrect rake calculated for game #1086020490 (PT = 0.10 - HH = 1.10). This is usually indicative of the hand history not correctly listing all of the pot payouts for each player (Boss Media has a bug in their hand histories where split pots do not show all of the winners, just one winner is listed).

Error - unexpected action (Dealt to underoa [4h 9s]) for game #1085944935.

Format error - incorrect rake calculated for game #1085763055 (PT = 2.00 - HH = 3.00). This is usually indicative of the hand history not correctly listing all of the pot payouts for each player (Boss Media has a bug in their hand histories where split pots do not show all of the winners, just one winner is listed).


Some exempels of the errors... If u want a log file for the errors tell me where to find it..

PT doesn't miss anything, it's the Boss Media software that doesn't format the hands correctly, this isn't a PT issue.

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.02, if you don't have it...
