PT2 Import from Prima or B2B error !!!!

Hello, Team Support

Recently i buy PT3. But for the B2B (BestOnePoker) or Prima (Microgaming Network) Unibet i work with PT2, because these network are not support at this time.
For information the two version PT3 and PT2 are installed on the same machine under Windows XP.

PT3 work fine with Pokerstars but with the PT2 (v 2.17.02) i have the errors below. Why ?

Example for B2B

Error #1

Someone can help me for these problems ?
